FAQs

  • Chiropractic care is a natural, hands-on approach to health that focuses on how the spine and nervous system work together to support the body’s overall function. When the spine is properly aligned, the nervous system can communicate more clearly, helping the body move better, feel better, and heal more efficiently. Chiropractors use gentle adjustments and supportive techniques to improve mobility, reduce tension, and restore balance — without drugs or surgery.

  • Chiropractic adjustments should not be painful. Most people feel relief, improved mobility, or a sense of release after an adjustment. We use gentle, safe techniques tailored to your comfort level — whether that’s hands-on, instrument-assisted, or table-assisted care. Some patients may feel mild soreness afterward, similar to how you might feel after stretching or working out, but it typically fades quickly. Your comfort is always our priority.

  • Not at all. How long you choose to receive chiropractic care is entirely up to you. Some people come in for short-term relief, while others continue with regular care to support their lifestyle, prevent future issues, and feel their best. We’ll always provide recommendations based on your goals, but you’re in control of your care every step of the way.

  • It depends on your goals, lifestyle, and how your body responds to care. Some people feel better after just a few visits, while others benefit from ongoing support to stay aligned and active. After your initial evaluation, we’ll create a personalized care plan that fits your needs — and we’ll reassess along the way to make sure you’re progressing and feeling your best.

  • We are not in-network with insurance, which allows us to provide personalized, high-quality care without restrictions or limitations. However, we do accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and we’re happy to provide you with a superbill if you'd like to submit for reimbursement on your own.
